Hydrology believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted, However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the delivered product is of poor quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The request will be processed only after the merchant has verified the issue.
  • If the product received does not match what was shown on the website or does not meet expectations, you must notify Customer Service within 2 days of delivery.
  • After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

In case any refund is approved by Hydrology Team, it will be processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.
